đ Trump's UN Ambassador Elise Stefanik calls for a global DOGE. During her CPAC speech, Stefanik said she âwill work with President Trump, Secretary Marco Rubio, Elon Musk, and the DOGE team to ensure every single dollar that we send to the United Nations is in line with the institutionâs founding mission of promoting international peace and security.â Stefanik went on to say that the US âwill not fund anti-Americanism,â thus calling for a âglobal DOGE.â To read her full remarks at CPAC, head over here.
đ UN Commission Will Test Trumpâs Resolve on Gender Ideology. âIf Trump is successful in blocking the gender agenda at the UN, there are two possible scenarios at the commission. đ The UN Secretary-General says social media rollbacks fuel hate speech. Speaking at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, Antonio Guterres said that ârecent rollbacks on social media fact-checking and content moderation are re-opening the floodgates to more hate, more threats, and more violence." This comes a month after Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced Meta will no longer engage in content moderation over free speech concerns. UN â human rights expertsâ, favoring content moderation and âfact-checksâ, are not happy with these developments.
